Why RealTalk Now

We live in a time when noise shouts louder than truth, when algorithm and anxiety have replaced genuine conversation. Folks talk more, but connect less. We scroll, react, and retreat — all while our spirits hunger for the sound of a real voice, the stillness of shared breath, the safety of being seen.

RealTalk rises in that gap — a call back to circling up on sacred land, back to the body, back to the art of listening and being listened to. In a world that moves too fast to feel, RealTalk invites us to slow down, breathe, and remember that presence itself is medicine.

RealTalk for Real People

RealTalk is a circle of courage and truth-telling — where breath, listening, and word become medicine. It’s not therapy. It’s not debate. It’s presence and the act of being present.

We gather to shed pretense, speak what’s real, and let go of thinking — to feel, to listen, to embody. Each circle is a closer walk with Self, witnessed by others walking the same road.

These sessions, rooted in the living philosophy of Being My Own Who, invite each of us to meet our authentic selves — not as an idea, but as a felt experienced reality.

The Circle

Every gathering opens in silence and breath. A candle and bowl of water mark the crossing from outer world to inner space. A flute may call us home. Then, word becomes the bridge — one voice, one truth, one heartbeat at a time.

When one among us calls for holding, the circle gathers. No one stands alone.

RealTalk is about showing up whole — body, mind, spirit — and trusting that truth spoken in a sacred circle transforms not only the speaker but the community that listens.
